Transit is measured by 95th percentile billing that monitors your traffic every 5 minutes and subtracts the top 5% of traffic bursts over the month to determine your billable traffic – 1.5 Mbps is approximately 450 GB at sustained use
Power has a 20% overhead required by the building code so 1 AMP is 0.8 AMP usable
Setup fees waived on yearly contracts
